Well, with all the scams that are generated in Nigeria and focused on the US and I guess the other parts of the world, they should have enough money to provide helmets for all... Then they would have no need to steal from each other... :joke::joke:

However, those pumpkins sure look like watermelons to me..

Not sure I'd trust those completely, disclaimer at the bottom says the last update was 2001....

It is still legal to wear a helmet in ALL of the states in 2009. It is a MUST in All of Canada

A helmet is less confining than a wheel chair :2thumbs:
