Hello Friends!! Question about air suspension 2012 Spyder RT Limited

Very strange, friend mine has 2010 RT Limited with air suspension, when i push the shock button goes up, and if i press down obviously i can hear the pressure valve and goes down,
but on my 2012 Spyder RT limited also, when i press same button to hardest , to the max level, and then i press down, i cant hear the air dropped and the bike doesnt decrease his level, , is this is normal?
or is different system from the 2010 RT Ltd??

First, remember that the engine must be running and the Spyder in gear for the ACS to work. The best way to judge if it is working properly is to have someone measure from the ground to the read fender, orr watch it work. The most common reason for failure to lower properly is a disconnected ACS sensor link. Look on the left side of the swingarm, above the arm. It takes a special bolt and locknut, so the dealer should replace it in kind, but for the short run a regular bolt and locknut or loctite will probably do.
