Air Scoops

My dealer have the scoops kit for. 2012 and earlier $67 got mine,

Do you have a picture of the Spyder with the air scoops installed? I have the 2012 Spyder RT-SE5. Are these best left for the dealer to install, or can the owner easily install them?

Air scoops for RT

Just got mine today, does make a difference, took the long way home and stopped for gas, the cap was actually cool to the touch. All work covered under "good will warranty". Here are the required pictures.

Has anyone heard of dealers doing any heat recall work on 2012 RT's like they are doing on the 2013's?

My dealer said he could put in request and they would do it for them if there was a customer complaint but they are not volunteering the recall for the 2012. I will be doing it this winter most likely... In fall and early spring the heat is kinda nice in New England

RT Vents

I just went to my dealer her in Tucson, As. They are going to work to get the vents for my 2012 RT-S approved. One of the service writers thinks theyshould have just wfitten the TST for all the 2010 to 2013 models.

We'll see how it goes.

Recall was for only 2013. But dealer can order and install for other years $$$

Is this the kit that I would be looking for? Don't see pictures but it does say for RT Vent kit?

You mean the inner acoustic panels? Yes pretty sure they would or the scoops wont do much.
