• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

You might try some high-temp wrap around the exhaust piping if you haven't already done so.

The warm right foot is one of the 'endearing' features of the RS:-) Great on cooler days but irritating on hot days in slow traffic.

It's not just from the exhaust but also the rad.

SpyderPops (site sponsor) sells deflectors that will sort you out. I've not bothered myself but several people I know have fitted them and said it does the
job.

Look for "Missing Heat Shield" and "Air Management System" on this page of his site:

Solved with 2014 RS/RS-S?

Was this the modification I have read that BRP made to the RS/RS-S models in 2014'ish? The reason I ask is because I haven't noticed the heat on my 2014 RS-S.

Of course, it is summer in Atlanta right now, so it could be hard to tell.

You have 2 choices, either the spyderpops piece to extend the scoop a bit, or buy the 2013+ oem scoop that is already extended.
I did the spyderpops piece because that was all that was available at the time and it works good.
