• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Heat issues. 2010 Spyder RS

When I'm on my hwy peg on the right side it's hot. But my engine runs at 5bars.

Heat has to leave the engine compartment some way.

Does your RS have SpyderPop's heat management system? That will redirect the heat away from your feet.

Also, if your RS has more than 20k miles, there's a good chance your 'Y' gaskets has failed. Replace it with the Honda brand gasket. Don't have the P.N. handy, but someone can chime in with the number.

Have to agree..!!

spyderpops air management products do the trick. I put them on my 2012 RS and fixed the problem. The "Y" gaskets can cause problems if burned out I replaced mine with the honda gaskets when I changed my pipe. The Kewlmetal (I have the JT's ) air cleaner will open up the air flow in the engine compartment but will have an air flow sound which I like. Running 5 bars is normal in warm weather and none of the above will help that...
