headlights

High beam light out on one side. Would like to go LED but with money tight now (raising money to take youth group to Ecuador on mission trip) I was wanting to know what to ask for to buy a direct replacement at an auto parts store? I have a F3/S 2015. Thanks for your help!

Here's the thing....

The HID/LED are expensive but there are better than stock bulbs at the auto stores. Check your manual for your bulb type and check them out. Also check ebay and Amazon for better prices...:thumbup: had bulb go out on the road and replaced them but tossed the box and can'take remember which I got but they were much better...

The headlights are standard H4 bulbs, the fog lights are H3. Any bulb from a auto parts store should be fine.

When at the autoparts store. Check out the higher performance halogens. Far greater performance. Small increase in cost. Slightly shorter life expectancy. Offered by both Philips and Sylvania.

Changed them today. Took hour and half. Not to bad I did not get in a hurry. I think the directions in the handbook were great. Thanks for the replies!!
