• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

That's a good question... I know that it's been posted in here before; perhaps a quick search might find you an answer...
In the meantime; this was also posted in here... I hope that you find it useful!

Assumptions:
Spyder RT Headlight Height: 35.0" (This could change with a heavier/lighter driver/passenger, cargo load, tire pressure, performance
shocks, etc.)
BRP Spec for Headlight Adjustment: Adjust for a low beam height of 25.3" to 28.8" (27.1" halfway point) at 33' with a 200 lb driver.
Calculated Angle: 1.15° downward

Angle Distance Low Beam Height Adjustment
1.15° 33' 25.3" - 28.8"
1.15° 30' 26.0" - 29.5"
1.15° 25' 27.2" - 30.7"
1.15° 20' 28.4" - 31.9"
1.15° 15' 29.6" - 33.1"
1.15° 10' 30.8" - 34.3"

Turn the knob clockwise to raise the beam and counterclockwise to lower it.

Thanks for the responses. I have tried moving the left side brass knob clockwise and I don't notice the beam height getting any higher. Does it take several rotations for the beam level to move a bit higher ? I have it in low beam when I try to make the adjustment.

Pull up to a brick building at night with a t-25 torx screwdriver (with your side panels at home) then pull straight up to the brick wall and get approx. 25 feet away. This don't have to be accurate. You will clearly see a distinct line on the wall. Turn your adjusters up or down till you get what you think you need, both lights should be the same. Go ride around and see if it's better for you, if so your done, if not go back and adjust some more. I thought my lights were way too low so I pulled up to a red brick school wall and adjusted up one row of bricks, went and tried and had to go up another half row. All is great now.
