• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What's involved in changing the left headlamp bulb on my 2014 RT S?
In other words.... What needs to come off the bike to get to it?

Either way the entire assembly has to come off.....................Mike :bbq:

I see what you mean. Goes to show I have never done an RT.

yogie Detailed instructions on page 152 and 153 of your owners manual. If you have questions after that there will be lots of folks that can answer specific questions.

REMOVEING PARTS

Does the whole nose need to come off?
I take it you mean the ...( NOSE ) = FRUNK .....NO.....just open the hood, you will see two bolts at the bottom of the panel that surrounds the lights.......take them out........First remove both side mirrors ( of course :roflblack: )....then the bolts that hold the panel ( torx ) after the panel is off ......you will see 4 - 10mm hex bolts, these hold the headlite units, be careful they get lost easy unless your sockets are magnetic.......the rest is self observant.....Mike :bbq:
