There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

wow nice info i think lamont is my new fav person lol your rts looks fantatic iam looking forward to doing more on my bike a 2011 RSS i put a two bro pipe and a k&n filter runs great btw do u or anyone know how much power those two mods add its got a bunch more power and sounds awsome thanks for all the ideas......:bowdown:

When I took off I decided to take the fast way there because I had to get back in time to change out an air tank on my well and I needed to be home before dark. I stopped by Alcoa Good Time on the way there seeing I hadn't been there in some time. They had quite a few RT's on the floor and I don't think I saw any RS's.
From there I headed to the Dragon on the TN side. There were very few bikes out and when I got to the store I was the only one there.
Here's a boring video I took from the lookout to the store. I didn't edit it at all so the start is a little long and I won't even watch all 17 min. of it. I really just wanted to try my new camera mount. :doorag:
Just as I was getting ready to leave a guy on a Harley pulled up and he was really digging the RT and after we talked I wouldn't be surprised if he winds up buying one. His wife really like them and he was getting to where it was getting harder to hold his hog up.
A few dual sport bikes showed up and I had another long chat with a Goldwing guy and a BMW guy. It was nice to see the new ride draw a crowd. :doorag:
The ride back was great too. I stopped by Wheels Through Time in Maggie Valley but they were closed for the winter. I got to chase some sportbikes too and that was fun. These stage 5 Elka's are working great.
As I riding home I was thinking it was pretty much a perfect day ride and how perfect the RT was. I got to say I just love this thing. It performed great and has more pep in it's step than 0001 did and I couldn't be happier with the comfort of this machine. I really didn't want to go home and days like that make me thankful to be alive and to be able to let all my cares blow off in the wind. :doorag:

Another great ryde report. I wish I could make it back to the area before the end of the year, but it looks very doubtful. I must say I have never seen the parking lot that empty at the store before either. It would be awesome to have the entire Dragon to yourself to ryde, without doing it at night like I did when I was there last time. :thumbup:

The RTW is looking good! :clap: I will be on 129 the first week of Dec but in a renatl car . I will be working in Murphy, NC for a few days and will make the drive down from Knoxville. Maybe some day I'll be able to make the ride on my GS.

Oh ! I see we got a little heat for those weary old bones .:thumbup: Me two, it adds another 4-6 weeks into my riding season .Did you use it yet ? I think Santa's bringing the Drift and I like how you mounted yours. Only thing I will do different is get the Chrome Wind Wings to hide the mount .

Thanks! I think I am liking 720 slightly better than 1080 due to its wider field of view, but have been using 720 @ 60FPS. Think I will try your 30FPS setting and compare.

Lamonster, do you have the 2012 premium Chrome wheels on your trailer? or the 2011 smoked chrome wheel? I am asking because my dealership is telling me that I can't have the premium chrome wheel for my trailer that will match the 2012 front premium chrome wheel. Is this true?

Your dealer is correct, the chrome wheels for the 2012 trailers are not yet available.
