There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. He got payback

Thanks for the post. Sometimes you wonder if that ever really happens to the stupid drivers. Glad at least one got what he deserved.

I disagree w the post here and hope justice finds this a provoked accident.

No reason this person should have been blocking the fast lane like this just to get a video, obviously provoked since they were ready w camera.

Fault on both sides.

This was on the news this morning. The driver of the truck was arrested.

Fast Lanes still have speed limits.

...just never works out too well for the idiot involved!

Correct, but I never saw where any speed was shown or if either driver was going over.

Only fact I see is a person purposely impeding traffic, and an idiot that doesn't know how to drive spinning out. Still see both at fault.

I will stay out of the right/wrong argument. I do like to see that the guy flipping the number one sign and wearing the "smirk" got some nice payback.:yes:

It appears

I have watched this video several times and it appears both participants are idiots. Don't know what the posted limit was but the woman photoing her speedometer makes it appear she was doing the speed limit and it was obvious she was driving in the passing lane and not willing or wanting to move over. My opinion is that " By driving the posted limit " she could drive in either lane and everyone else be damned. Driving the posted limit in the passing lane if it's possible to move over just encourages road rage. She was having fun , instigating a problem .The guy was absolutely an idiot for doing what he did but getting his "just rewards" ??????? It was obvious the woman was elated when he wrecked ......WooHoo , it's all on video. My opinion is that she should also be fined for at least reckless op.. She could have avoided the whole thing but she chose not to , let's just keep in this lane and see how mad he gets.

A interview I watched said she could not get over do to a truck in the right lane, u can see it in the video. She said the other driver squeesed through before she could get over. She also said he was speeding up and slowing down repeatedly. He got what he deserved.

Also maybe she hed a left hand turn comming up.

I agree, Karma caught up with him. He kept speeding up and backing off, trying to intimidate her . . . she was passing slower traffic in the right lane, and he didn't give her a chance to pull over, once she got passed them, he shot in to the right and passed her, flipping her with his IQ, as he did so. She was, however, and idiot for screwing with her camera phone while driving. The guy was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, after the video went viral.

She also said its NOT illegal to use your phone while driving. Dont remember which state she was in.
No I dont think it's a good idea to use your phone while driving, even if it's legal.

It was in Florida, in the rain, there were trucks in the right lane, she had a left turn coming up, he had already made some illegal moves like passing a truck in the left turn lane, and she decided it was a good idea to get video in case he tried anything to endanger her. At least that is what I got from reading the article.

You were misinformed.

It is a two lane road, the guy did not pass a truck in the left hand lane or whatever you are referring to?
