gone out of business????? I have been trying to get a hold of them for days with no response. Tried calling----sent e-mails and nothing.

They were going to send me a new dual headset pack as of the end of August and I have heard nothing since. This is getting a bit
long in the tooth!!!

SENA has communicated to me within the last week. So....I guess they are still around - hope so anyways. Their tech service people have been very good with their help, problem is....it takes days for a response. I sent them a question through their website to their tech service on Aug 29th and got a response on Sept 5th..it was over a holiday weekend and it was not urgent. He started his response with "Sorry for the long wait time, we are experiencing a high volume of messages and are doing our best to reply to all messages in the order we receive them."

SENA has always responded to my questions and have been good from my standpoint - very helpful!
