• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

the 3 screw lamp mounts---longs screw with plastic unique shape mounting nuts seem to be all but impossible to align thru the sloted frame mount holes. I'm thinking I may need to re-fab some fresh mounting brakets or lock nuts.
Auxiliary Kit #219400511.

What size are the lights themselves?? Are they a 3inch diameter light?

Here's a post from a couple months ago. Those lock nuts were a real pain to turn into the locked position. I liked Lamont's idea to slot a socket. Personally, I think BRP should have included an installation tool in the kit.

Driving lights

I purchased a set of the LED driving lights from Lamont and I have to say I am very pleased with them. I like the placement and the brightness, and the cost didn't hurt, either!

Yep, aligning the tabs and inserting the fasteners in the holes is not the problem, turn the tabs so they form a circle around the housing circumference.

The real problem is turning those fasteners. The instructions say to lube the fastener and hole with a bit of soapy water, that does help but getting them to turn does take a number of four letter words.

I ended up using bent tip needle nose pliers and a small screwdriver to push them around, mostly from the rear.

I agree they should have included a special socket to fit the oddball fasteners.

I looked on the site I didn't see any driving lights?? What I'm looking for is the Diameter of the driving/fog lights that go into the auxlights sockets :)

Reissooz I meant the factory driving lights in the space just below the headlights.... lol

I understood what you were asking, just offering up an alternative. I want to put something else in the area where the auxiliary lights go, just trying to figure out exactly what it will be.
