• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Has anyone installed one of these? Fits in blank Switch position on RT

That is cool... I was just asking because I was wondering if it is connected to the battery it will be hot all the time, right? I would like it to just come on with the key and would like to know if anyone has done that?

I have that on my Spyder

I installed that 2015 RT-S, I wired it to only come on with the key so it wouldn’t draw off the battery all the time. It’s been a couple of years but I believe that the wire color is orange.

Yes I just ordered mine and will be installing just like Pierre did in his video..easy peasy

Pierre's video is very well done. I disagree with him on two points though. On removing and replacing the Side Panel, DO NOT use grease on the rubber grommets or the plastic pins on the panel. For a bit of lubrication to get the plastic pins to easily slide into the grommets, courtesy of Ann Meyer, a little spritz of Windex will moisten the grommets and the pins will almost jump into their holes. When the Windex dries you have a nice, tight grip of the grommets on the pins. Grease will be semi-permanent lubrication that might result in the side panel coming off easier than you want which could result in loss of the panel on the road. Secondly, on 2014 and later RTs there is no second clip on the lower front part of the Side Panel, only one on the upper edge as shown in the picture.
