• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Has anyone given their Spyder a "Name"???

No Really! Have you or your GF, Wife, Partner or Significant Other for some unknown given your Spyder a "Name?" It seems that my/our Spyder RT now is called "Baby." I didn't know exactly when It received it's name but evidently it was a while ago. When I asked the GF why she always called it that, she said "It Just Fit!" So "Baby" I guess it is!

I've had my bike about 2.5 months.
Help me pick!
Pearl ( color and great g-ma name) or
Otto (SE5).:helpsmilie:

I like Pearl - it's clearer where it comes from, and gives you a mental picture of the bike.

I think I might go with Artie (RT)

My significant other & I finally came up with a name that we both like and agree on....The Critter.

Sorry, I tried not to take up too much of the spotlight. :ohyea::ohyea:

Boris, from a 1966 song by The Who called Boris the Spider. I still have the original album called A Quick One, although here in the States it was called Happy Jack. Apparently US consumers were easily offended.

My Spyder woke me up early one morning and told me her name was Charlotte. I actually don't like that name very much but that was what she wanted so there it is.:dontknow:

our first one was April fools, cause that's when we got it. the second one was April 2. this last one I want to call trailer trash.. cause it's been on the break-down trailer more than the other two put together!!!

In 1996 we bought a 3388 Bayliner Motor Yacht and named it Endless Summer because we planned to use in year round in NW Washington. It was very good to us over 19 years of ownership. We purchased our used 2018 RTL Chrome yesterday to ride in the "winter" in Arizona. So we have another "Endless Summer"!!!!
