wondering about registration

I wonder how this would be classified in those states that say 1 drive wheel is a motorcycle, 2 drive wheels a car. Would this be registerd as a car, or perhaps an off road vehicle, there for making it illegal to operate it on the streets.

I've seen his work first hand as he was a presenter at the Philly car show this year. Fantastic work. You can tell a lot went into those machines. Just flat out awesome to say the least....

great work extremely well done but to me just does not look right. I really like my three wheeled spyder just the way it is. Love the way it handles don't want a quad..hyea:
