Sorry, I was thinking RT when you said saddlebags. You are right, of course. That panel for the turn signal extension is a pain. After removing the bags and racks (if BRP bags) drop the fender underpanel, remove the left bracket bolts, then remove the body panel. If you have the GIVI racks it is considerably more difficult. Accessories always seem to complicate matters.
