I realize bacon day here in the US is celebrated the Saturday before Labor day, but there's many SL members that don't live in the US, and there bacon day is Dec 30th. So I figured why not celebrate with them:dontknow:. Makes perfect sense to me.
So here's a pic of my bacon resting after the first round of smoke (12 hrs).
