Same with Phil and I. Neither of us bought our Spyders from them but they have earned our business with the treatment we received from taking them in for routine service.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

where are these wires?
Anyone know where this wire radio assembly is on the spyder? In the dash I guess? I want to pull and check mine before something happens.Dealer called me today and said the problem was corroded wires in the radio assembly...that and possibly something in the ignition was combining to drain the battery to nothing. They're going to consult with BRP and have ordered new parts for the assembly. Hoping to have it back by sometime next week.
The REALLY great thing was they gave me a loaner (2011 RT S in the same color as my RT AC) so I'll have something to ryde in the meantime. VERY happy about that...I'm going to cruise by Biketoberfest tomorrow.
Central Florida Powersports is bending over backwards to keep me going!
I'm also buying a battery tender...
