Handlebar position

We have the bars all the way back and rotated (after some drilling and repositioning), but my wife feels like she needs the bars closer. Has anyone made a mod to get the bars closer yet?

Hi my wife also needs the handle bars back farther. We looked at reversing them really not an improvement. Bought a set of ATV bars not good.

I took the original bars to a tubing bender specialist. After bending bars and tig welding the holes that split when we bent them, no luck.

They still are not correct or far enough back for her to ride comfortably. So unless someone comes up with something we may sell the unit as it is unuseable as it is. Other wise it meets our needs as she can ride on our RTS.

The ATV handlebars I've seen have about a 4" pullback (reduction in reach). If that's not enough, I doubt there is any solution available to you.

The ATV handlebars come back far enough but the angle of the ends will not work, your wrists are at an impossible angle. Would need to bend them at a different angle. So we decided to go with a custom seat to raise and move the passenger closer. Still working on it.
