• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Had a SE5. Sold it. Thinking of a Ryker 900. Got questions

I enjoyed my hot pink SE5. Just hated that the smallest thing a brake failure warning will come on. Also the whole limp mode thing and etc. I see dealerships are not wanting to discount them yet at all. Anyways. Is the ryker as sensitive to throw up codes and warnings like the Spyder did?

I've had mine since April. Week after I got it, I had a coil go bad, and got a miss fire code. Dealership picked up the Ryker, fixed it, and brought it back to me the same day.

I'm a happy camper! You will love it!

I have almost 2k miles on mine since june 1st. I had the ! light come on during a ride but it went away before I got to my destination. Not sure what it was for but other than that not one issue.

Bummer.....

Sorry whomever did the work on your GS/RS never found the issue with the brake warning coming on so often. As to the Ryker, we have not seen much on this as it is a new model with not that much road time as yet. From what I have seen and read here, they are doing well and Joe public has been working them over....:roflblack: as always test them and see what you think.....

Happily, we have not seen a lot of bad reports on the Ryker. That is a good sign. Like Chupaca suggested, a long test drive to see if a Ryker is going to be in your future.

Post and let us know what you think or do after the test.

I've only had mine for a couple hundred miles so far. Nothing bad to report so far. Lots of fun though.
