• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Here are a few pics of the local snowmobile show I went to. The old ski-doo is the exact same sled I grew up on. 1967 super olympic, 16hp. Yeah.20141018_155301.jpg20141018_161423.jpg20141018_161440.jpg20141018_161843.jpg20141018_161954.jpg

I had a 1968 Super Oly: 16 Rompin'-Stompin' horsepower!! :2thumbs:
That was about the most FUN sled that I ever had! nojoke
Have any of them ever showed up for sale at Al's in Vermont?

So.. What were your impressions of the F3 after seeing it up close and sitting on it?

Come to think of it... there was a picture of an F-3, AND a SlingShot in there also! :D
C'mon man; tell us about them too!

My impression of the Sling shot is this in one word, "big". It is very wide in the front. It is also quite long. My wife says it reminds her of the Batmobile. I am 6'2" and I had a hard time getting into the machine. Also had a hard time getting out. Slingshot for my wife and I is not in our future. The F3 was a prototype. I do like the Ufit system for your legs, the steering on this unit was non adjustable. if you wanted to change the position you had to buy a new bar. I really did like it better in person than in a picture. I like the openness of the motor area and the gas cap being on top like a bike. With the Ufit system you do not stand on the drivers pegs to get on and off. A shorter person would have to use the passengers pegs to get on and off. That is about it. The Ski-doo is not for sale. Sorry... Bruce
