How do the seat heaters mount? Do I have to take the cover off the seat? Is there installation instructions somewhere that I could see before I decide to buy or not? Do have to buy 2 complete kits if I want my passenger to have a heated seat too? If so, is there a price break for two?

All good questions. I would add where does it tie into electrical? I assume it's a rather large power draw, so may need its own circuit.

VERY little power draw, ane it comes with the wiring and switch.
you just go right to the battery for power
