Spyder Ryde ~ Okay! For those of you who will be doing or not doing the Street Vibes thingy in Reno I will be in the Carson City area on Friday, September 23. I will pass through the backroads of Carson Valley, driving to Markleeville a quaint town, driving Monitor Pass down to Hwy 395 passing Topaz Lake and stopping at the Walker Burger for lunch in Colveville. I was taken on this ryde recently by Gale who lives in the area, and it is quite nice. He has a wealth of information that is very interesting. I'm hoping he can join us. I will be leaving from Bodines Casino/Restaurant (on the south end of Carson City on Hwy 395) at 10:30 a.m. I will be waiting in the parking lot in front. Be there no later than 10:15. Be sure to have a full tank of gas. It will be around a 150 mile more or less round trip and probably take around 5-6 hours depending on how many times we stop and how long we chit chat. This Friday's Ryde ~ Carson Valley

UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCE has caused me to change my plans for this coming weekend. I will not be in the Carson City area and will not be able to lead the ryde. I am not a person who bails out easily but I have no choice. I'm okay. If someone would like to take the lead for this ryde I will be happy to pass it on. It's really simple.
