Group ride at SITA

After registering would we get a confirmation, as I did not? As for the ride, this will be our first spyder event, so we are not sure what the plans are. Anxious to meet other Spyder riders!

Sorry bout that...I was under the impression that this was one of BRP's...Don't matter, Cindi & I will be going regardless...We may even consider staying at the campgrounds

Registered for SITA

Ok, I registered for the SITA event last night. Now I'm working on finding a place to stay. Where are some of you staying for this event? Any cheaper decent places not far from Lake Placid? I will most likely head out after a short day at work on Thursday and stay through Saturday. I will also join in the group ride if that does happen. Otherwise, I will just go with the flow of events. This sounds like it will be a fun time! I was going to go last year, but I tore a ham string muscle in my leg the day before and that ended that plan.

Adrien, check out this place. http://www.northpoleresorts.com/ I just switched to there and canceled my room at Northwood Inn. Northwood is an ok place and walking distance to the closing ceremony at about $140 a night. We were going to ride up, but the wife said she would rather have some clothes so we are going with the toy hauler. The http://www.northpoleresorts.com/ has rooms for $70-$79

I'm staying at the Pines Inn Lake Placid never stayed there before but as long as it clean I don't mind.
any comments from others whom have stayed there are welcome.
