• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Mine is a 2010 silver RT-AC. Spoke with Pete and gave him the pertinent information. Managed a little talk time about some custom graphics as well. Figured it was time to stop lurking and get involved. :f_spider:

Nice guy, that Mr. Pete. I also talked to him about a custom idea I had. He is very enthusiastic about his work and easy to deal with. I wish everyone conducted business like this. So I ordered my Real Chrome Dash Kit yesterday and he just called me to tell me he was already shipping it! :clap::yes::clap::yes:PA. to Texas by way of UPS..... hmmmm... I could get lucky and have it by the weekend. Sorry I bailed on the carbon fiber, but I'm looking forward to everyone's pics. Hope you all get yours soon!

You've got to go with what looks best on your machine, Kyle. If it's the Chrome, then party on and you'll be sportin' the great looks weeks ahead of me. I'm probably at least 4 weeks out from getting mine. But, it's cool. I have 2 sets of GloRyders en route with 3 different color inserts and some major wiring routing decisions to make. As long as I get them before SpyderFest 2012 in Cuba, MO.

We Did IT!!!

Great news folks, we did it! Op Spyder made the 10th member to give Pete her info. He will turn in the order tomorrow and we should see our dash kits in two to three weeks. The kits are shipped from the Carbon Fiber manufacturer to Power Wraps. Pete inspects each one to make sure that it meets his standards and repackages the kit with their instructions for installation. I know that I will definitely be dealing with him and his company again in the future for my graphics needs.

It was nice meeting all of you and I saw that some of you will be attending SpyderFest 2012 in Cuba, MO. We are checking in on Thursday and staying through Sunday, so I'll see some of you there. Make sure you look us up.

Last but not least, let's see those pics after you finish your new dashes!

A BIG thank you to kevorama for getting this thread together! Thanks! I am excited to get it. I am also impressed with Power Sports Wraps. Pete was awesome to talk to and I placed an order to "jazz" up my Spyder and I placed the order yesterday and it shipped out today. So I am excited to get that package as well. Pictures to come!

Spyder RT dash kit

I was among the first group and got my dash kit installed the weekend of Jan 22. I have a white 2011 RT Limited and went with the honey burl. Looks good and was a breeze to install.

I talked to Pete this afternoon and he said I could still get in on this order. He was going to make a telephone call to make it happen. What a guy! And Kevin thanks for starting this order... I'm plenty excited!!
