• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Greetings, earthlings.

Brand new to the forum and not yet a Ryker owner, but looking to get the wife on one this spring. I figured it was a good idea to join a group like this and start lurking and learning prior to our purchase. I'm a mechanic and unrepentant motorhead, Florida born and bred, but now living right at the feet of the Bighorn Mountains in Wyoming (SPECTACULAR riding!) and only a half-day's ride from the Black Hills. I'm always happy to answer any questions from folks who may want to take a trip out here, and more than willing to play "tour guide" to those who make it to our little slice of heaven. Looking forward to some spirited oil discussions...:roflblack:

And Beartooth Highway is at your doorstep. Welcome and ask away. Not knowing your preferences, I suggest trying them all out. F3s are very different from RTs. And there are variations of both. If buying used, go for the 1330 three cylinder engine. The V-twin isn't to be sneezed at, but the triple is a real honker.

There’s a lot of good people and information on this forum. Read often and learn much! cueman

:welcome:..Tires and oil, if you want to poke a hornets nest just start there!!!!
