GREAT week of Ryding

I put my spyder in the trailer and hooked it up to my motorhome and off we went to Maine for the week. Once I parked the Motorhome and hooked up at the campground, the Spyder was the only means of transportation we had. What a GREAT time. Some of the roads in the lakes region of north west Maine aren't the best but the scenery and the fresh air is intoxicating. It was the longest I have ever ridden any motorcycle and the Spyder performed flawlessly. I still haven't been able to stop smiling! was sad to get home and drive my truck to work today. More in love with this bike everyday:yes:

sorry to hear you went up last week. (all though you did have great weather) we are headed there this weekend for a week. any recommendations on rides! :dontknow: we've been there several times, but always looking for new ideas!!! :thumbup:

Sounds like a great ryde was had. The northern lake country of Maine is considered some of the best. I used to refer to it as the "other canoe country."

Maine is a HUGE state. I prefer the Northwestern portion and also in to northeastern NH. Some of the best rides are in the White mountains of NH. The Kancamagus highway in Norther NH is the absolute best ryde!!! Have fun. I will be back up there the second week of August

Leaving Aug. 15 for a 10 day tour of Maine. This is our 3rd year touring Maine. We are already talking about where to go next year in Maine. Last year we went out to Nova Scotia and rode the Cabot Trail
