Well, I'm back from Spyder Jam 2015. I had a great time despite the repair issues with my blue Spyder. We are at a point where BRP will be involved for a warranty repair. Seems the computer is causing the DPS to track left when I want to go straight....in MY lane!
Had some worn parts replaced and had some Fox Shocks installed up front.
Cowtown again did a great job with this year's Spyder Jam event. We went to some cool places to eat and visit. Saturday night we went over to Cowtown's owner's home for dinner, socializing, helicopter rides and fireworks. The folks around Cuba were again glad to have a Spyder event back in the area and threw out the welcome mat for us!
Spyder Jam is not as hectic as some of the other Spyder events but more of a family friendly event. I felt like I was part of the Cowtown family at Spyder Jam and I knew some of the folks attending the event. The Cowtown folks even know my name. I'm just another Spyder owner at the other events, with a name tag.
I will be heading back up there this next week with the trailer to bring back my new 2015 white Spyder RTS that I decided to purchase while I was there. Cowtown is doing a few tweaks to it so it's friendlier for me to safely operate. I hated coming back home with naked trailer with nothing ride.
Once the my 2010 RT is properly repaired....Cowtown is interested in having it their inventory. They do need something blue to round out their Spyder inventory of colors!
I can't wait for next year's event and y'all should consider going as well.
