Great Knoxville Area Dealer Alcoa Good Times

I know a lot of negative stuff gets posted on here about dealers. I wanted to post a positive story. Just bought my Spyder in April. It was time for my first service and my rear suspension compressor seemed to have stopped working. I called to set up my first appt. They scheduled me for the next week. Dropped it off that morning and by 1PM they called and said it was ready. They told me they had to order the compressor, but put it back together so I could ride it till then. They called me yesterday and told me it was in, and I said I guess you couldn't get it in tomorrow could you, and he said yeah, if you can leave it with me bring it tomorrow. Well I never expected to get a call at 4PM and was told to come get it !

Alcoa Good Times right outside of Knoxville, near the airport, if you need service, that's the place !!

They are a good dealer and have been a Spyder supporter for a long time. I remember 2009-10 they used to host a lunch for the attendees of Spyders in the Smokies in Gatlinburg
They offered some nice prizes and also good service discounts. Very nice people as I recall.

I tried to purchase in TN.

I tried to purchase a 2016 RT-S from them and they were very nice on the phone. We talked several time and I have heard lots of good things about them. I live in Georgia and neither Can-Am dealers I talked with in TN would pay Georgia sales tax back to Georgia. I wanted to have the sales tax, over $2000.00 as part of the total financed amount. You pay a large amount up front and your tag is only $20.00 a year. Finally purchased at Extreme Propulsion in Cartersville, Ga and have been extremely happy with them. I was treated like family. They sell BRP only and I would highly recommend them if your in the North Georgia area. They are not the cheapest place in the area but, they are simply the best service around. They were doing so much from the Atlanta area they were 3 weeks behind. They said that was a typical summer season. I am taking the spyder back to be laser aligned and have a spyder dock installed next month.
