• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Gray to black conversion - DONE.

Posted several weeks ago the painting of the gray panels, including muffler cover with hi temp black. Those lower panels do get some heat in them so erred on side of caution. However, I didn't do the bars as I was wanting to try Plasti-Dip on them. Well that was accomplished today. As we all like pics, some are included, will see how the Plasti-Dip holds up but I am very pleased with the initial results.

Looks great! Nice job.

Me and painting is like Charlie Brown trying to write with a pen. Paint would be everywhere except the bars.

The plastic dip on the bars on the 2010 RTS I had looked great. Like yours turned out good and never tried to peel or come off. The only place it ever showed ware was on the foot peg mounting plates where my feet would rub. I simply trimmed it back from where my feet would touch and all was well.

Did the same to mine. I've had to redo the handle bars three times now but I do ride a lot and it's not that hard. I love the look.
