Highly illegal to shoot at a perpetrator once the threat no longer exists, as well as to shoot at someone who is retreating. Besides, It appears Gramps never hit anyone, putting all the innocent people in danger.
I have no problem w/ concealed weapons (have several myself) but along with carrying a weapon, comes a responsibility to know the laws.

We don't need the "fight-stoppers", that are carried by the LEOs; we just need something that makes us seem to be more trouble than we're worth! nojoke

Carry the one that you shoot the best, under the worst possible conditions...

If you're going to carry, practice with what you carry. If you plan to use it, you have to shoot until the threat is stopped. If you practice enough, then 2 shots per threat should end it. If you're using it to "flash" at someone and hope the trouble goes away, then you are in violation of the law yourself.
