Rob and I had quite a ride yesterday, started out at Indian Lake at McDonald's. They have a cool McDonald's there right on the lake and boats can dock there also. Road up around the lake you can get views of the lake on the South side but for the most part the lake is hidden with private property. Then we headed off to Grand Lake St. Mary's which Rob nor I have ever been to before. As soon as we got there we knew right away that this was much better riding than Indian Lake. First of all when I say you can get right up on the lake the pictures say it all. It was fantastic riding! We also found an real nice biker bar that has the most excellent food and staff it is right on the lake with an awesome view. That is where our spyders went for a swim, and Rob got to laugh at me freaking out about my spyder getting muddy. This place is really a must, it is called Big Bamboo's Dockside Grill. I recommend the burger and the jerk fries. For the most part the entire West and East side of the lake is open to the public. Rob and I definitely want to come back here. When I went home I took 235 out of Indian Lake and had the road all to myself it was the most excellent ride home.
