• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

GPS Install on 2016 RT-S

One of the first things I will do when (if) I get my 2016 Spyder RT-S is install the GPS mount. I had a couple questions I was trying to get answered before I definitely decided on using this kit. Step 24 says to “Remove cap from ignition switch cover”. Later, step 12 says to “Mount the GPS support [P2] to the ignition switch cover”. How does the ignition switch cover attach to the GPS support? And what covers up the hole (that the GPS cables are fed thru) that is exposed when the ignition switch cover is removed? In the instructions they have you remove a lot of panels on the left side of the bike. From my understanding the GPS cables will connect to the bike on the right side. Why are the left panels removed? If anyone has any other thoughts I would appreciate the feedback.
