this morning and took the better half out for a breakfast sandwich at one of our favorite deli's about 22 miles from the house. at that point we were almost half way to our spyder dealer so we decided to go over and pick up some oil. now we were half way to bobbie d's house so we decided to pop in on him and the misses and see if they wanted to join us, but low and behold he was in the process of dropping his spyder off and signing it over to his dealer.(yup, cognac is on his mind) left a penny on his door step to prove we had been there just incase he didn't believe us. at this point we were 110 miles from home so we decided to make a day of it. went to an orchard got some freshly picked apples for the pie that's baking now. while at the orchard just had to sample the moonshine and cider hot toddy. suckered me into buying some shine and cider to bring home. what a day. thank you to the big guy upstairs for giving us the ability to have this much fun. how 22 miles can turn into 222 miles, i'll never know, but i'm having fun trying to figure it out. oh and by the way bob says he's putting that abe lincoln towards his new bike!!!
