• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I got my black and chrome S model today!!! I had bought the passenger seat replacement storage box and installed it. It seems that it fits VERY loose in the front mounting areas. So loose you can hear it rattle

now there only looks like one way to install it so is this's normal?

Mark,

Did you get the Mono Seat Cowl (plastic) or the Urban Rack (aluminum)? I just installed one of the Mono Seat Cowls on my F3s, it seemed to fit fine and looked great. The first time I opened the lid to access the storage area, when I closed the lid, the plastic hinge broke? I'm going to run it back to the dealer on Tuesday. Hope this is just a one of a kind problem? I'm now thinking of getting the aluminum Urban Rack version if it looks like it's built better?

If the front of yours is loose, make sure that you have the two posts, that are the most forward part of the cowl, plugged all the way into the matching receptacles on the rear of the front seat. They sometimes don't seem to line up perfectly, so you have to move the rear seat or cowl around a bit, just to make sure you are plugged into both of them. Once you are sure you have both posts aligned, push all the way forward, that should tighten things up and make the rattling go away. And be very careful when you open and close that lid, with very little pressure mine snapped one of the hinges.

I bought the the aluminum one and it is plugged in place, just sloppy. I pulled it out and I wrapped the tabs with some electrical tape and it fits fine. Just shouldn't have to do that's on a 400.00 accessory IMHO
