• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I just had to share! I love it so much! A young man after my own heart.

My oldest son who turns 12 today, came to me this morning and asked me if I could stay home from work and if he could skip school, for all he wanted for his birthday was to go Spyder riding all day. Too bad its raining again (5th day in a row) :(

Happy B-day Drew!!!!!!:firstplace:

As kid my dad was always off on Good Friday. School at the time was not out. My dad always let me skip that day and we went fishing. I think of this each and every Good Friday.

Thats great!

My 13 yr old son doesnt want me to get one. I'm pretty sure his attitude about it will change once he gets on it.

My bf's kids (14 and 16 year old boys) are indifferent to my Spyder. They don't comment on it, don't ask to ride it, etc. I've offered to give them a ride. Heck, we offered to pay for the 16 year old to take the motorcycle rider's course and get him his m/c license but he's not interested.

I think my bf's kids are duds.:dontknow:

Hope your Boy Friend doesn't read this or his Duds. Sorry I mean his kids .:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

Pfft. I wouldn't say anything about him online that I wouldn't say (or haven't already said) to him directly.

Yes, I am too honest for my own good.

:2thumbs: Awesome! I just bet he'll take a raincheck for the next sunny day . . . . How great to hear that a 12 year old actually wants to spend time with a parent! You must be some kinda cool, or maybe it's just the Spyder :roflblack:

That's just a great story! Nothing better than motorcycles to keep parents and kids connected. Make a date to take that young man riding and thank your lucky stars that you have a common interest. :2thumbs:

Have a almost 12 yr old. Rydes with me most of the time, especially when it comes to pick him up from school. It's hi so and so, and hi's and waves. He wants to make sure everyone sees him when he is on the spyder.
Next day in school, it's all about him being seen on the spyder and that with mom. Most of his friends think I am a cool mom. I am on the cool mom list. :ohyea::yes::ohyea::yes::ohyea::yes::ohyea::yes::ohyea::yes:

Jonathan has loved the spyder from day one :D

Happy Birthday to your son!

"Make sure you pick him up from school, in front where everyone can see him" :2thumbs:

The rain is driving us nuts, been raining for days now! Grrrrrrr..........
