• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

So it took me all morning and some haggling, and a horrible APR but I finally got my spyder.
First quote was 19500 with 3700 down which in their minds they considered ten percent. After explaining that 3700 is ten percent of 37000 they wrote sorry on the paper and asked me to put down 500 and I agreed to 500 and a free jacket and helmet. They countered with 500 down(on top of my 1000 dollar deposit) free helmet up to 400 and 18,200 for the bike. So I took the deal and after the crazy 40 mile drive home on california fwys and it was worth it. I mean everyone around here in Anaheim is pointing and starring as I drive by. Now just have to get insurance.

:congrats: Hopefully you've already gone through the worst of the deal and now you can enjoy some Happy Spyderin' on your "Stare Master".

Horrible APR? What bank and what rate? Just curious because I haven't even begun to shop for my financing and I should be getting the call in the next couple weeks.

My rate was 17.9 for 84 mos, Ill be paying for almost 2 bikes if I want to stick with this loan and monthly rate of 300 bux. I am planning on selling a few sand toys and paying off the balance cuz this spyder is amazing to ride. The finance man said the best rate they offer on these "specialty vehicles" is around 12 percent and can go up to 24 percent! what dealer are you getting yours from?

I've always paid too much for my new bikes but never gave it a second thought after the first ride. :doorag: :congrats: :spyder:

Congrats on the new ride. Your price wasn't too bad (for So. Cal) when you figure in the free helmet and jacket. Nice day here today--none of that "snow stuff" mentioned from folks in other parts of the country (sorry--couldn't resist). Have fun riding!

Its a BEAUTIFUL Day in SOCAL today and I cant stop riding this :spyder: its amazing. I think I need a bigger helmet cuz the padding hurts my cheeks because I cant stop smiling when I am riding.
