• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Got a problem here. Need help

DOZING

Well, the one suggestion I haven't heard is: Buy HER a Spyder, then you can just tell her to "Keep Up!". :doorag:

First, I highly doubt she'll be sleepin if you're gonna be riding "the dragon". Second, my wife is 5' 6" and weighs (on one of her good days 117, bad day 120) and she loves loves loves the corbin armrests I got her. There ain't no falling off on the sides with those.

Chris

Corbin armrests are really nice and like sitting in a chair. My wife loved those until she went way wild and demanded to have her own :spyder2:. Now they hold the pet carrier in place. Still look cool though.

My wife can fall asleep in 2 seconds, she says the spyder is so comfortable. Now I just snug her up to me with the adjustable backrest. She still sleeps but at least she is not listing off to the side anymore. I will shake the handlebars or swerve a little but 2 seconds later I can feel her helmet resting on my back again. It's hopeless.

Harley may be the answer

Mabe I should buy a Harley. No way anyone could sleep with the noise they make.
Just kidding!:roflblack:

what do these arm rest cost and where do i get them....

Both Corbin and Diamond R are sponsors. I'm not sure if Ultimate makes the armrests or not. Someone chime in on that one please. If you will go to the "home page" and click on both the Corbin or Diamond R ad, it should take you to their website with all the information you need. Let your fingers do the walking at those sites to get prices.

My wife always had a death grip when she rode on the back of the 'glide. Now on the RT she feels like she is comfortably surrounded, and sometimes doesn't hold on to the grips at all. Was only an issue once when I had to make a quick stop. I'm afraid to get the arm rests - she snores kinda loud sometimes (as do I to be fair). I'll be hearing the noice and thinking the Spyder is falling apart......

Too funny

I am glad to hear this happens to others. Once in a while I get a tap on my helmet too. My wife is very comfortable back there. This was a great thread to read!!
