We hear a lot of grumbling about poor dealers but there are some good ones out there.
Recently I had a second key made for my wife's 2021 RT as the person I purchased it from had misplaced the second key. Ordered the key from dealer with 10% discount (as a returning customer after purchasing a spyder from them previously). Went to a locksmith and had key cut, brought it back and dealer did the magic with BUDS to have the bike recognize the new key. Returned the next day for warranty replacement of front sprocket on my 2018 F3-T, in and out in 75 minutes.
Dealership is Leaders Marine in Kalamazoo, beside doing good work on the bikes they also have a huge online presence for parts and accessories. Give them a try if you are in need of OEM parts and accessories.
