Good News from RideNow Peoria, AZ

There's been a lot of negative posts about RideNow, but I wanted to say something positive. Just got a call from RideNow in Peoria, AZ informing me that they would be installing the new scoops to help with heatvon my 2012 RT-S as a "good will" gesture. RideNow called BRP to get authorization. I can't say anything about RideNow service other than what I have personally experienced, but my experience with their service in Peoria has been good. Josh was the person that helped me. Should have the install done in a couple weeks. You know, it feels good to say something nice. [emoji1]

They ordered the scoops for my 2011 RTL, called me less than a week later to tell me the parts were in and had them installed and an oil change in one day. All I paid for was the oil change that I asked them for. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I have had only good experiences so far.

Redemption for Ride Now

This is really awesome. A couple of weeks ago I posted about a similar positive experience with Ride Now in Chandler. Are they trying to redeem themselves after all the horrible reviews over the past couple of years?

Not to burst anyones bubble but BRP is responsible for this not RideNow. BRP authorizes parts and install and covers the bill. RideNow is simply the go between. BRP did this for all 2013's because it was forced to and now it is doing "goodwill" for earlier models to prevent being forced to do all previous years. This is how it works.

Either way I am glad they are doing it and you are happy but don't give RideNow the credit. If any credit is due is is the NTSB and the branch that forced BRP to make these revisions due to fires created in the Spyders by excessive heat.
