• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Good Day On The New Spyder

Well, the weather was stellar and we did some Spyder cruising after going to a nearby parking lot this morning and practicing all the maneuvers in the manual. Even stopped at Walmart and bought the small orange cones. Same moves as the Basic Rider Course but since the wife hasn't taken that yet this was great practice for her as well as a good refresher for me. It's true the more you ride these things the more you love 'em! What a cool, awesome machine!

It WAS a great day to spin the wheels some...
I did a touch over 80 miles; up and over the Shawangunk Ridge...
The 1330 likes pull harder, in a higher gear... :2thumbs:
...rather than downshifting! :D

Great news..!!

You will be pro's in no time. Glad you did some practice runs first. We just played out back a bit and when we rolled in we had covered 150+ miles. This will be a common occurance with you as well....enjoy and be safe..!!:ohyea::ohyea:

Glad to hear you like your new :spyder2:. It does get better with time.

We did 300 miles this weekend. The best weather so far this season. 62 above in places today.
