I was at Target today and saw this for $15. Cant' find it on the web anywhere, so it is either new or old:
The handlebar straps were Velcro so I though they might fit my 2013 RT-S bar (which is a fatty). It didn't. However, I did get an idea. I put velcro under the glovebox lid and folded the straps around the top and stuck them there. That still left the bag swaying left to right. So I tied another strap to it (ought to be sewn I guess) and wrapped it under the glove box:
Here's the result:
The phone is touchable under the plastic although it is hard to get the on/off switch to wake it up (not impossible).
You can flip the phone pouch up to reveal a little bag for Tylenol or whatever:
The knots are only so so looking:
Here's under the lid:
Oops. looks like I forgot a strap piece of Velcro there -- will have to get it in the morning.
Rode to Galveston with it tonight (miserable stop and go traffic) and worked fine. I'll be curious if anyone can find any of these -- I think I got the only one in Kemah and they don't show online.
