• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My wife & I are making our 2nd trip to Israel, leaving Atlanta tonight & returning on 12/09. We would really appreciate your prayers while we are traveling the homeland of our Lord.

God bless!

This is your second time so there is nothing that I can tell you about your trip.. I was there for 6 months back in 1997.. Great place to visit but would not want to live there.. So much to learn about and be able to walk some of the same path's and be in the same spots as the bible tells us, well its all beleived to be the spots anyway but don't really matter it's the Holy Land and one of my HIGHTLIGHTS of my Military Career for sure.. Have fun and enjoy

We're about to spend out 5th night in Israel. We stayed near Joppa the first night & then went to Caesarea, Mt. Carmel, Megiddo (valley of Armegiddon) , Nazareth (where Jesus grew up & Cana. We were in Tiberius the next three nights @ a nice hotel on the Sea of Galilee. We went to the Mt. of Beatitudes, Capernaum (Peter’s mother-in-law’s home & where Jesus headquartered His ministry), Gadera (where Jesus solved the case of the "deviled ham" ... "...we are Legion, for we are many..."), & took wooden boat ride on Sea of Galilee. Most of our group were baptized in the Jordan River (we did it while here before). We also went to the Golan Heights, Mt Hermon and drove by Nimrod’s Castle, & stopped at Caesarea Philippi. We explored Tel Dan & saw 4000 year old city gates that Abraham himself likely walked through (Genesis chapter 14), & saw all three tributaries that form the Jordan River.

Tonight is in a resort at the Dead Sea. We'll go to Masada & Ein Gedi (where David hid from King Saul) tomorrow morning & hope to be in Jerusalem early enough in the afternoon to be able to walk the walls around the old city. It gets dark around 4:30, so we have to get there early.

Below is a group of us in a public toilet @ Scitopolis earlier today.

I agree, that would be such a great trip. To walk and visit those sites in the Holy Land and to be baptized in the Jordon. Such experiences. Someday, bjt and I will get there, I am sure. Be safe and be blessed Mark.
