I have them in my neighborhood and usually shoot them with my camera.

For those that hunt, the meat is pretty good. The reference to a cow has to do with the female moose. Some states do not permit hunting cows or have special restrictions on them.

Do not forget to send in the ovaries, we have Caribou in Maine, it is the name of a town and they say you can get any sex wildlife in Caribou if you have a permit,:roflblack:

Monday morning at 06:15 we bagged our cow mooose. She will be supply us with our meat thru the winter months. She dressed out at around 600 lbs. Now its back to work.
