No doubt; the cage turned right, and across his path. But; he was setting a pretty spirited pace...
The auto was definitely considered to be the "At-Fault" vehicle.B

ut if he had been a bit more cautious in the traffic...

There is such a thing as "dead right". Still terrible, nonetheless. Yes, he was going too fast, but the car did turn right in front of him. I suspect that even if he had been going half as fast, he still would have hit the car. He might not have died, but he still would have hit the car. People in cages just do not see folks of the 2 or 3 wheel persuasion. We just don't register on their radar. Very sad, very hard for his mom. My heart goes out to her.
