• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Glove Box

So I have seen some comments here about glove boxes. I have a 2014 ST Limited, does it have a glove box ? It has the radio and speakers....so maybe where the speakers are at, on other models is a glove box.

What may appear as a stupid question :trike:....it probably is as my dealer did a poor job of going over the bike with me at time of sale.

Looking for an orofice where there probably is not one. nojoke

Thanks !

:roflblack::roflblack:

Not sure if ST's have one but it is directly in front of your seat between the handlebars, push down on the tupperware and if it opens you have one, if not SOL

That's where I thought it would be....noppers....:dontknow: will use the frunk and saddle bags. Thanks everyone !

Right in front of the seat, there's a kind of trapezoidal bit of bodywork. Press down on the end closest to the seat. It should pop right up; it's hinged at the front end. You might have to poke it a few times.

Apparently not on a ST.

There's an obvious generational gap here. When I grew up it was the standard answer, Read The Freakin' Manual.

I do agree with you
BUT
I like some of these questions because it is a way we can meet new owners
and new owners can meet us

I agree with you too, Don, but for the thousands I poured into my Spyder my old backside couldn't justify not reading the manual before I picked up the machine.

JayBros ........................ go get a snickers bar and relax, we all need help with some things, if we never ask any questions we may never learn anything.

My sincere apologies, Joe. Absolutely no insult or chastisement intended. I guess it's just the way I learn best. Will take a Three Musketeers break; Snickers get caught in my teeth. Bob, please find a video!

:lecturef_smilie: But never intentionally! :D
It is easy to forget about which model bike someone is talking about... :opps:
