• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Gloryder on black rims

I have black rims (RS S), and trying to light them up. I'm thinking either yellow or orange lighting. Will either of these reflect good enough?

Anyone have pics of these colors?

I think they will light them up fine. I have blue on my silver(normal colored) rims and you can see them from a long way off.

I'm also wondering how they would light up a black rim. :dontknow:

Thier website shows only silver rims. Anyone have a photo on a black rim at night ????

BLACK RIMS

JIMHO I don't think black has enough reflectivity.......but I would check with the seller .....I am sure this is something they have looked into...Mike

We have the original 3 spoke rims black powder coated and love the white GloRyders...light up nicely. Not sure how the yellow or orange would do. We thought the 3 spoke rims light up better than the 6 spoke ones so those are sitting in the garage right now. Good luck with whatever you decide.
