• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Trb,

is this for the ST or RS?

in considering swapping my RT for a ST, I was thinking of a slightly larger givi top case. Have you considered that option?

The mounting point may be the point of difference, as I believe the BRP box is compatible with the new style backrest, not the older 2 piece sport rack/backrest combo. Both backrests fit RS and ST

Originally I was simply looking to save some money over BRP's case. But the more I think about it the more I'd like a larger case. The 47 would be good but I'd consider the 55 as well.

From what I have seen, GIVI makes the case/bags for BRP. BRP adds the $$$$$$ costs. I had a set of 35s on our 2008 GS. Very good quality, sturdy and spacious. Looking at getting an F3 and the 35s will be installed in time. Will never pay $1300 for the looks of what BRP is offering (cheap looking, too small, etc).

As far as I know they are the same. I know the side cases for the RS-ST are the same as Givi just with the typical BRP mark up. Givi makes the cases for BRP.
