I just bought a Givi V47 top box w/light kit. After having the light kit wired to the box, the following is happening...
1. When the brakes are applied, the lights on the box function the way they should, along with the lights on the bike.
2. When the hazard lights are activated, both lights on the box flash as well as on the bike.
3. When the right turn signal is activated, the right turn signal on the bike functions normally, and both lights on the box flash.
I know that #3 should not be happening, not sure about #2.
There are only 2 wires coming out of the light kit on the bike(blue and black)
three wires on the bike(white, black and grey/orange). It looks like the dealer tapped into the white and black from the bike.
Any suggestions on how to get this corrected?
