My sister is the only one left in my family. I bought her a nice Citizen watch; white dial with gold hands. She picked it out. I also gave her a $200 gift card from Sephora. She likes their skin car products but normally can't afford them.

I have no clue what 17 or 18 year old kids want these days. I wouldn't even try to guess what they might want for Christmas. I send my son a check and tell him to get them what he thinks they want.

I have found that my grandchild all respond well to gift cards and money. Their parents often don't know what things the kids want. I did give my wife a new laptop as her old one is not working right.
